11 Feb off day

Okay! Update time(:

Funny isn't it... How everytime i purposefully go online i end up sidetracking (see: facebook :P) everywhere else, eventually taking an hour to get on track? :D

So today was an off day; i just kind of bummed about the whole day (justification to self: recharging! roflmao) and then when the day was over, realised i should have hopped down to ubi cdg to find out how to get my freakin licence. haiya...

US uni apps are quite challenging eh... makes me almost wish i was born and bred in blue red and white; i'd totally RULE please (ok so that's just in my wildest imagination, but still...if bush can lead, a girl gets to thinking she could do a whale of a job too; maybe that's why clinton's running; she tired of hanging around...). ANYWAY, GYLC sounds a-may-zinggg; its suddenness and once-in-a-lifetime characteristics are what's drawing me the most. but OH the COST! >< but the nomination itself is telling me that im damn well good enough for it so i so can make this happen. imagine the FUNNN! :D

Meeting up with the class girls minus sarah who will be rolling around with japanese snowmen (or sleeping in muttering 'arigato' lol) on Sat yay looking forward to it. Although that means that i'll miss odac post-CNY gathering and i was really hoping to catch mr shah somehow after missing the previous farewell whatzatcalled TSK!

Tomorrowww tomorrowww i lovvve youuu tomorrowww... Will be the official opening of the office after CNY. oh i haven't blogged about my CNY!!

okay 1st nite, went to DB's house; didn't expect it to be much fun but was obliged to go since im working in the office and stuff... but it turned out okay - the whole family seems real nice albeit no-nonsense-ish - and the best bit was the yusheng! SO YUMMY DB's wife made it herself that morning, and she put shredded strawberries in too; it was really really deli(:

2nd day in the afternoon went to UK and AJ's house where we played Cluedo and Taboo and Pictionary (good clean fun! lol) and i think i literally rofl it was full of fun(: lyna pwned me at cluedo (dang!) and taboo went abit haywire as the kids wanted in too *rolls eyes; keep with your toy trucks and comp games will ya, little mites?! (jk la; i love the little mites somewhere deep deep down inside). Pictionary became a little bit dramatic but Jeremy kind of saved the day whewww...

That nite, we went to UJ and AC's house (shes so pretty i cant stand it(: ) where Dan and the Boys made such a marvelous spectacle of themselves that the aunties finally told them to stay inside the house where they can make all the noise they can but noone outside would know any better haha. Snacked alot here... Drank lots of crysanthemum tea (better knownin coffeshops as AIR BUNGA! lol; like there's only one type of bunga hurh).

Monday LC flew off to UK woohoo; saw her off briefly with a card it was quite cute i grabbed it at preciousthots before rushing down for tution so my handwriting was pretty anyhow. anw, as i was saying about the cuteness of the card, the front says "Some Days" with a picture of a cat sitting in a sampan which has a hole in it so the water's gushing in, and on the inside "... you just have to keep paddling." so cute righttt(: ok i say it's cute means its cute.

Ok im going to get back to doing something purposeful online, then off to bed. as mentioned, official opening of office tomorrow and since i really dont wanna take public transport at peak hour i gotta leave at 8 (oh! the horror!!) with mama who's going to renew her passport first. ok the point is, gotta get adequate sleep so i do not wake up grouchy as a tiger and ruin my own morning.
