double fun on new year's eve!

Pastamania pasta+seafood (stomach growling alr) lunch at toapayoh hub (happening pls...) with Jud Planet and chocolate man YiXiong; delicious! (the pasta, NOT the chocolate man rofl)Chuanming and Jiawei joined us and we trooped down to Fel's when we forgot the stop and got off prematurely hoho walk walk lor... Anw JanJr was discovered napping there :P. Watched TV and played games (the monopoly played til quite exciting eh! till bankrupt one haha... usually play at home play till sian and stop hurhur). Then the others came too, and i left in the midst of their steamboat dinner. Hmm quite a pity i left i guess... in retrospect... Ok well, then...

Went down to Dan's (lucky super duper near(: ) for Hawaiian themed bbq! Yummy man zomgawsh had chicken, otah, bihun and lotsa-kinda-burnt-things lol... and THEN we bbq-ed marshmallows; totally a life-changing experience and i'll never eat marshmallows the same again. haha seriously all this talk abt food's bringing hunger pangs in oh man :P Anws so we counted down and toasted to 2009 it was yea nice...

double fun on 3rd Jan!

Potluck party at Jo's condo; the clubhouse function rooms are called "multi purpose halls" hurhur exams anyone? :P Hadnt had lunch (mistake la!) so hungrily helped (or tried to) prepare the spread cos was one of the early birds. <3 Mindy's otah!!! But didn't stay long enough to gobble em all up unfortunately... Left at abt half past 7 for Bishan!

Mygoodness the length of time it took for the mrt to come down from bukit batok down the long long loooong red line to Bishan. I could nap, wake up in shock hoping i didn't overshot to what cthall or smtg lol, realise duhhh not even there yet, and nap back of course. So, anw, thanks to the ease it was to get to Gerard's place I got there real quick then and reached his unit just in time! Haha damn funny i came out the lift and *looks left, looks right... where should i go* when i heard a commotion to my right, and upon approach, found 3 ppl (G's fam members haha) standing outside the window of their own house preparing to take photos of a real noisy group of kids inside. aka odac22 <3<3<3 of cos... rofl. everyone looked real good and i duno why maybe random, but i just felt pretty proud of all of em... so, more yummy food (my fave dish was i-dun-even-know-what-it-was-it-just-tasted-zomygawsssh-lah! some fried stick thing) man im really enjoying good food these days; wonder if i'll get withdrawal when sch re-starts!

flying to Japan tomorrow night; Osaka & Kyoto. brb in time for school (yea yipee... hurhur). dun have a winter jacket yet though, so given that jan is japan' coldest month... i may end up you know, transforming into a human popsicle and noone here'll see me again or smtg! nah such exciting things dun happen to me. but anws, im so excited to be going to a cold country when its actually cold!!! wheeeee(:
