post exam blues

somehow, just-post-exams period always makes me sad :(
i wonder why?
..is it cos it means time soon to leave my cave of on-campus residence?
..is it cos another sem has come and gone meaning one less sem left to spend in my comfort zone of readings & theory & essays & living apart?
..and is this year different? becos amidst the cheers and smiles from having taken their last exam ever, are the main bulk of my friends... my 3 years worth of uni life friends - climbing buddies, lunch buddies, supper buddies, okr roomies & neighbors, study buddies, supposed-to-study-but-end-up-GG buddies all my buddy buddies. bye bye everyone, happy graduation. i guess time does fly. now they are off to chart new paths in their lives.. making my life different too, starting with the end of exams. bye bye my graduating friends as i trudge on with another year to go. i trudge not cos i find it tiresome, i trudge becos the end is near and by god i don't want it here.

reg and i ended at the same time, on the same day, in the same exam hall (rows beside each other but not seated so) & went out for dinner with fel and janice after, explored rws after (: we played and we got wet. i wonder when and if we'll hang out again so freely that way
