So far this week I think I learnt some things about climbing...
1. Don't climb alone; if you injure yourself you'll feel like shit (and cannot go get ice). Lucky for me Khai happened to be secret training this morning/aftnn.
2. The magic of side-stepping
3. The magic of sitting in
3. My middle finger becoming yuck ):
4. While tong-ing, somehow manage to squeeze in awareness of CG and body position to maximize weight on legs and optimize use of CG to assist in making next move
5. Improve route-reading; to achieve do it once, do it right
6. Route-setting isn't that despairing (it's actually quite fun to come up with a sequence to see how others tackle it)
7. Lala Cass & Jud are really strong climbers; I am inspired.
8. Must learn to dyno
9. Must learn lock-and-go
10. System sets are super duper OUCH OUCH OUCH
On another note... Like Jensen said... I should go see physio. If not cfm face repeated sian-ness. Imagine when i'm old - my ankle sure got problem... Then how to walk leh? Use walking stick also no use if can't even stand hor maybe I use one of those chairs-with-wheels things babies who havent learnt to walk move around in by toeing and sliding across the ground.
